What we collect

Your name, WhatsApp/phone number, suburb, and anything you type into the quote request form.

Why

Solely to respond to your quote request and, if it goes ahead, to arrange and carry out the job. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Where it goes

The form is processed through Netlify, our website host (based in the United States), purely to deliver your enquiry to us. Netlify doesn't use your details for its own purposes, and we don't share them with any other third party. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if it becomes a job, for our own records — then it's deleted.

Your rights

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it — WhatsApp or call 078 693 7508. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Regulator: enquiries@inforegulator.org.za.
